Since the passing of my father in law in September I have received a outpouring of support from those in the military community who were aware of the situation. I am touched and humbled by their kindness. One of these kindness came in the form of a hand written letter attached with a one of a kind challenge coin from his time in Afghanistan in 2010. Christian Lillington, I’m truly grateful for the support you extended during this challenge time.

Depuis le décès de mon beau-père en septembre dernier, j'ai reçu une avalanche de soutien de la part des membres de la communauté militaire qui étaient au courant de la situation. Leur gentillesse me touche et me rend humble. L'une de ces gentillesses a pris la forme d'une lettre écrite à la main, accompagnée d'une pièce de monnaie unique datant de son séjour en Afghanistan en 2010. Christian Lillington, je suis vraiment reconnaissant du soutien que vous m'avez apporté pendant cette période difficile.

Trevor Godinho

With a career spanning more than a decade, Trevor Godinho is an internationally recognized artist and published photographer, his work gracing the pages of Vogue Italia, Elle Canada, FHM France & India, Men’s Health Australia, Sharp Magazine, and much more.

His skill, vision, and passion for his art have led him to travel and establish a reputation in Toronto, New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, London, Milano, and Perth – putting him and his camera in front of notable personalities and Hollywood’s leading men and women. In 2017, Trevor was named the Canadian brand ambassador to Elinchrom Limited (based out of Switzerland).

In addition to photography, having graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, Trevor’s creative range also includes painting, sculpture, and design. His mastery of these disciplines has led to his work being exhibited at Coldstream Fine Art and the Gardiner Museum in Toronto.

Trevor continues to mentor the next generation of aspiring photographers and artists, who he hopes will continue to tell human interest stories with vision and expressiveness. Trevor is an active supporter of local charities, including NATO Association of Canada, Jays Care Foundation, Remix Project, and CTV and Salvation Army’s Toy Mountain.

Trevor currently resides in Toronto, Canada.
