Amazing to see the HONOUR COUNTRY SACRIFICE Project expand and grow, With the help of the St. Regis Hotel Vancouver, word got out to the press about the HCS project and our sessions on Nov 7th and 8th. The Global TV New and Global BC was go gracious to have me on two spots one direct from our shoot on November 7th and the next morning live via Zoom. CBC also dropped in for a chat and was great to see the content and care they put into producing the segment.

So happy to see the project get the coverage it needs. Thanks Global BC and CBC for spotlighting the project, I received hundreds of emails from families of veterans from across the country as well as active Canadian Armed Forces members who were interested in being part of the project.

The public reaction to the project has been overwhelming. I am very grateful.

Avec l'aide de l'hôtel St. Regis de Vancouver, la presse a été informée du projet HCS et de nos sessions des 7 et 8 novembre. Les chaînes Global TV New et Global BC ont eu la gentillesse de me faire passer dans deux spots, l'un en direct de notre tournage du 7 novembre et le lendemain matin en direct via Zoom. CBC est également passé pour une discussion et c'était génial de voir le contenu et le soin qu'ils ont mis à produire le segment.

Nous sommes très heureux de voir que le projet reçoit la couverture dont il a besoin. J'ai reçu des centaines de courriels de familles d'anciens combattants de partout au pays ainsi que de membres actifs des Forces armées canadiennes qui étaient intéressés à participer au projet.

La réaction du public à ce projet a été extraordinaire. Je leur en suis très reconnaissant.

Trevor Godinho

With a career spanning more than a decade, Trevor Godinho is an internationally recognized artist and published photographer, his work gracing the pages of Vogue Italia, Elle Canada, FHM France & India, Men’s Health Australia, Sharp Magazine, and much more.

His skill, vision, and passion for his art have led him to travel and establish a reputation in Toronto, New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, London, Milano, and Perth – putting him and his camera in front of notable personalities and Hollywood’s leading men and women. In 2017, Trevor was named the Canadian brand ambassador to Elinchrom Limited (based out of Switzerland).

In addition to photography, having graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, Trevor’s creative range also includes painting, sculpture, and design. His mastery of these disciplines has led to his work being exhibited at Coldstream Fine Art and the Gardiner Museum in Toronto.

Trevor continues to mentor the next generation of aspiring photographers and artists, who he hopes will continue to tell human interest stories with vision and expressiveness. Trevor is an active supporter of local charities, including NATO Association of Canada, Jays Care Foundation, Remix Project, and CTV and Salvation Army’s Toy Mountain.

Trevor currently resides in Toronto, Canada.
